  • please make sure that you arrive at the client's location on time

  • please be prepared to show a valid ID if the client requests

  • be courteous at all times, but feel free to ask questions if you don't understand something the client said

  • discuss any issues about the job that concerns you or anything that may affect your output or the time taken to do the job

  • confirm the time you arrived on the job or when you started the work, whichever is applicable

  • discuss any specific situations like driving time or gas re-imbursement if applicable before you take up the job, especially if you're expecting extra payment

  • confirm the price that was agreed upon before starting the work, and collect your payment when you finish
